There are some pronunciation mistakes as you do in the ''coffee''. You contextualize the grammar spot which is the strength of your lesson. but as I know if a verb comes after 'would prefer',it does not take -ing. !!!
In terms of organization it is good. Good idea to use your wall as a board in terms of seeing the structure in written form. Authentic materials are really good for learners. so, thanks for this good job.
